How about a chance to visit historic Old Sacramento, the end of the Pony Express and the Transcontinental Railroad?
How about a bus tour to visit Sutter’s Fort, the gold discovery site, and Nevada City? In 1848, John Sutter, hired John Marshall to build a sawmill on the South Fork of the American River. John Marshall discovered gold while building that sawmill, starting the famous Gold Rush of 1849. The tour will then continue to Nevada City, called the Queen of the Northern Mines.
