Clinic Recording Policy

Extra 2011 West permits non-commercial reproduction of clinics for the personal use of the person recording the clinic provided that the clinic presenter also provides written permission. The presenter must warrant on a form provided by Extra 2011 West that he/she has secured all necessary use, copyright and/or trademark authorizations, including the right for others to record the presentation and use that recording.

Extra 2011 West permits reproduction of clinics provided the presenter has provided the written assurance provided above and the commercial entity agrees in writing to pay all applicable fees and further agrees to provide a copy of the final product to the NMRA. NMRA retains the right to the product for use by its members in perpetuity. The commercial entity may only use the product for a period of six (6) months from the date of the presentation. This permission is not for production or sales of copies to any person or entity.

No tripods may be used without prior permission of the Extra 2011 West clinics chairman and once that permission is given, the tripod and camera must be set up in a non-obtrusive manner and location a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the start of the clinic to be recorded. No seats or aisles are to be blocked or designated as unusable by the person doing the recording. Any violation of these policies may result in the clinic being stopped and the person recording outside the limitations of this policy being asked to discontinue recording before the clinic resumes.
